A pretty bottle of homemade flavoured olive oil decorated with a few sprigs of fresh herbs or chilies not only looks great, but also adds zest to a dish or two. Flavoured olive oil is a great way to bring new flavours into the kitchen. You don’t need much more than high-quality olive oil and spices, herbs, lemons or corresponding essential oils. There are hardly any limits – from garlic to lemon, rosemary, sage and basil, chili and truffle – everything is possible.
